Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging customer service at checkout.
• Accurately process transactions including cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front-end area.
• Assist customers with product questions and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure efficient line movement.

Requirements

• Possess a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable and punctual with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is an asset but not required.
