About the Role
The Marketing Intern, Business Member Growth supports marketing campaigns for Business Banking and SMB growth, gaining exposure to go-to-market execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for students or early-career individuals interested in business marketing, SMB growth, and acquisition, offering practical experience and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of Business Banking and SMB marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign timelines, go-to-market coordination, and asset delivery
- Support reporting and performance tracking for acquisition and lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Product, and agency partners
- Assist with research, competitive analysis, and documentation for SMB initiatives
- Support execution of SMB Refresh and H2 growth initiative
Requirements
- Confidence and willingness to learn and integrate AI and emerging technologies into new ways of working
- Experience with low/no code tools like the Microsoft Power Platform and generative AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot is considered an asset
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret information from various sources and apply logic and problem solving to make decisions
- Leverage data and insights to identify, prioritize, and improve member experience and business efficiency
- Comfortable navigating and embracing change and uncertainty, asking more questions, and exploring more options
