About the Role
You will join the fully remote Decision Tools team as a contract Product Manager, focusing on AI Personas. This product involves synthetic consumer personas grounded in company research, allowing insights teams to interrogate them before committing budget. The product is early with real customer pull and substantive open questions regarding accuracy, trust in synthetic outputs, and researcher workflow. This hands-on role involves running discovery with enterprise customers in the US and Europe, defining problems, working in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and shipping. The role requires fluency in using AI for product development, including prototyping with prompts and drafting specs with agents.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery and definition for AI Personas workstreams, including customer interviews, problem framing, prioritization, and specifications
- Work directly with insights teams at large CPG companies to validate what we build before we build it
- Partner with engineering and design in two-week sprints, maintaining tight scope and explicit decisions
- Synthesize customer signals from calls, support, and sales into a ranked view of what matters
- Contribute to the broader Decision Tools roadmap, including how Personas connects to launch simulation and prediction
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise customers
- Demonstrated work on AI/ML-powered products, understanding model limitations, evaluation, and designing for probabilistic outputs
- Available to start within 4 weeks
- Working hours must provide at least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET working hours
- Current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations
