Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries.
  • Support rent processes including turnover rent, invoicing, and sales data collection.
  • Maintain and update lease information in systems (setups, amendments, and accuracy).
  • Assist in resolving lease, invoice, and data discrepancies.
  • Support contract execution, document tracking, and standard document control processes.
  • Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks (key dates, rent terms).
  • Provide lease information to accounting to support accurate and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving processes and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience within Property, Leasing, or Real Estate, or transferable experience in office administration with a strong accounting foundation.
  • Experience supporting contract management or document handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized way of working.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data.
  • Confident using MS Office.
  • Clear communication with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy.
