Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries.
- Support rent processes including turnover rent, invoicing, and sales data collection.
- Maintain and update lease information in systems (setups, amendments, and accuracy).
- Assist in resolving lease, invoice, and data discrepancies.
- Support contract execution, document tracking, and standard document control processes.
- Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks (key dates, rent terms).
- Provide lease information to accounting to support accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience within Property, Leasing, or Real Estate, or transferable experience in office administration with a strong accounting foundation.
- Experience supporting contract management or document handling.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized way of working.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data.
- Confident using MS Office.
- Clear communication with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy.
