About the Role
Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic, supporting them through life-sustaining dialysis treatment under RN supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
- Record vital signs and patient data.
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable working with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
- Physically able to work long shifts on feet.
- Willingness to float between local clinics.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience (preferred).
