About the Role

Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic, supporting them through life-sustaining dialysis treatment under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
  • Record vital signs and patient data.
  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable working with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Physically able to work long shifts on feet.
  • Willingness to float between local clinics.
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience (preferred).
