About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to find purpose within a full-service restaurant collection known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes. Servers create a warm, welcoming space, providing true hospitality and making guests' days brighter and happier. We seek vibrant, authentic, fun, and creative individuals with colorful personalities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home
- Present the menu and assist guests in selecting dishes
- Accurately take and enter guest orders
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and carefully
- Maintain smooth service flow by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and assisting as needed
Requirements
- Passion for fresh food and exceptional guest experiences
- Team-player attitude and positive energy
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant experience is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach, and twist
