About the Role

The Senior Program Manager implements high-quality programmatic services and manages complex projects to impact educator practice, leader practice, and student learning. This mid-level role involves designing and facilitating professional learning, providing instructional coaching, serving as a content expert, managing project plans, and collaborating across departments. Success requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, adaptability, content expertise, and a commitment to advancing excellent teaching, leading, and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Implement high-quality programmatic services
  • Manage complex projects driving impact on educator practice, leader practice, and student learning
  • Design and facilitate professional learning content, services, and resources
  • Provide direct-to-leader instructional coaching for improved implementation and student outcomes
  • Serve as a content expert
  • Take on project leadership roles when needed
  • Manage project plans, contracts, and invoices for accurate, timely service delivery
  • Collaborate across departments
  • Support team members through coaching or people management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five or more years of combined experience in PK-12 education
  • Minimum two years of experience teaching PK-12 students from traditionally underserved backgrounds with demonstrated impact
  • Three or more years of combined experience working with external partners to manage workflow or deliver services
  • Three or more years of combined experience planning and implementing projects
  • Two or more years of combined experience leading or coaching school leaders to implement HQIM (in any subject area)
  • Deep knowledge and experience with College- and Career-Ready ELA content and practice standards
  • Experience designing impactful professional learning for school leaders
  • Experience facilitating impactful professional learning or coaching for school leaders
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in an education context
  • Experience teaching or coaching at least one of the specified ELA curricula (EL Education, Fundations, Guidebooks, Heggerty, HMH Into Reading, HMH Into Literature, Orton Gillingham, UFLI, Wit and Wisdom, S.P.I.R.E, Phonics For Reading, REWARDS, STARI, Wilson Reading System, Just Words, Aprendo Leyendo)
  • Advanced degree (Preferred)
  • Two or more years experience as a school or district leader (Preferred)
  • Experience providing professional learning support and services in and for consultative organizations (Preferred)

Salary/Compensations

  • Full salary range: $90,500 - $136,889 annually
  • Anticipated hiring range: $90,500 - $119,381
