About the Role
At Anduril we are developing un-crewed maritime and air domain systems that leverage unsupervised autonomy for the delivery of long endurance, multi-mission capability to our customers. These projects, including but not limited to the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (XL-AUV) Program, require a Technical Program Manager with experience of end to end project delivery from planning, coordination and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and engineering for integrated project teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software and hardware test events.
- Demonstrate high ownership and partner with engineers.
- Execute on broad or ambiguous requirements from internal and external partners to deliver outcomes across multiple programs.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate cross-team dependencies.
- Remove obstacles, clarify progress, identify communication/schedule gaps, manage escalations, and support teams with competing priorities.
- Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution and team velocity across departments.
- Manage and accelerate cross-team projects and initiatives, fostering efficient project management workflows.
- Identify and resolve systemic execution issues across teams.
- Partner with product leads to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities for company milestones.
- Collaborate with hardware, product, and test operations teams.
- Track and communicate program progress, defining efficient status communication processes.
- Understand architectural technical implementation, propose alternatives, and clarify priorities.
Requirements
- Solid technical aptitude to understand designs, SDLC, challenges, and risks.
- Strong project management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
- Understanding of complex system test and integration.
- Ability to work effectively in minimally structured environments with minimal direction.
- Experience building software deliverable programs from scratch.
- Experience creating communication plans for various stakeholders.
- Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills to drive data-backed decisions.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Experience Level
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer in autonomous systems, robotics, or software development.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
