About the Role

M32 AI is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to own the company's presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences across North America. This hands-on role involves end-to-end event management, from sourcing and planning to on-site execution, with a focus on driving pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and prioritize industry events to align with revenue goals.
• Manage a rolling 12-month event calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and vendor contracts.
• Execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, travel, and catering.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for event setup, teardown, and troubleshooting.
• Brief team members on objectives, talking points, and logistics.
• Partner with sales to drive pre-show meetings and on-site lead generation.
• Collaborate with marketing on pre- and post-event campaigns.
• Manage and forecast event budgets to maximize ROI.
• Define KPIs and report on event performance, including leads and pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Proven track record of managing events end to end.
• Experience managing and forecasting event budgets.
• Ability to define KPIs and connect event activity to revenue.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools to improve event marketing workflows.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and problem-solve under pressure.
• Willingness to travel 30 to 50% of the time.
• Must reside within one hour of a major airport hub in the US or Canada.
• Must have legal work authorization in the country of residence.
