About the Role

As a successful Manager at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, you will be key to fulfilling our promise of making every guest visit a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable constructively and supportively.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests through community outreach activities and events.
• Drive restaurant results through department P&L management, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow guest count, and coach/train associates.
• Ensure all menu items are made according to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.
• Be a role model and foster a passionate culture of having fun, supporting people in living full, balanced lives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Skills

• Wine knowledge preferred.
