About the Role

Ensure accurate execution of customer menu specifications, equipment requirements, and service standards prior to aircraft loading. This role involves detailed verification of meals, beverages, and onboard equipment against airline specifications to maintain quality, safety, and presentation standards. You will collaborate with various teams to support timely order fulfillment, requiring strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service daily.
Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
Check all meals to ensure accuracy of menu specifications and meal counts.
Coordinate with airline clients and ensure efficient delivery logistics.
Work closely with airline account management, production, and dispatch teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain strong attention to detail and documentation.
Adapt to last-minute changes to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery.
Be constantly on the move in and out of the office and on an aircraft.
Comply with Ramp Safety policies and procedures, safety vests must be worn while out on the field.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Must have driver’s license.
Must meet all applicable state and local food handler certification requirements for the work location.
The ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a Port Authority, TSA and CBP badge is required.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
Ability to lift and push heavy objects, racks, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work safely to prevent accidents to self and coworkers.
Employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits.
