About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage consumer data to prioritize product and growth investments, identify opportunities to improve user metrics, and automate analyses for decision-makers. You will partner with product and growth marketing teams to transform ambiguous business questions into actionable insights, experimentation plans, and data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and communicate how metric trends impact business performance
- Perform deep-dive analysis with product teams to understand user engagement behavior
- Design, implement, and analyze experiments to measure the impact of new features
- Bridge the gap between data and action across technical and non-technical teams
- Build internal data products to keep decision-makers informed
- Develop cross-functional partnerships to drive team success
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience manipulating data with Python or R
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills
- Pragmatic and impact-oriented mindset
- Minimum of 5 years of data science experience
