About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, implementation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, design, implement, and maintain products, focusing on a streamlined tester experience and a superior continuous testing platform.
- Manage multiple product management teams supporting a broad product portfolio.
- Partner with Product Marketing to coordinate Go-To-Market activities and product launches.
- Communicate product value and strategic direction to c-suite, customers, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for customers and partners.
- Drive decisions regarding prioritization, solutions, functionality, and pricing.
- Influence and establish best practices in product management through sound design decisions, data-driven insights, processes, and tools.
- Recruit, retain, train, and motivate the product management team.
- Successfully communicate the product roadmap internally and externally.
- Communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a 3-year product vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external sources to deepen customer understanding.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by driving new features, marketing programs, customer surveys, partnerships, pricing, and technical documentation.
- Deliver software products to market.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years successfully delivering software to a technical audience.
- Technical depth is essential for understanding customer challenges and building credibility with engineering teams.
- Business acumen with a strategic ability to solve problems across organizational boundaries.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Empathetic, people-centered mindset with a passion for developing individuals.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of data, and capacity to consolidate, distill, and simplify information.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing work environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written).
