About the Role
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds—hitting the road to make timely deliveries and working hands-on in our warehouse to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Driving a box truck safely and responsibly
- Delivering orders with professionalism and care—customer signature included
- Need to be able to use a tablet for the delivery routes
- Loading and unloading trucks with precision
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance checks and reporting issues to the branch manager
- Pulling and preparing orders in the warehouse using a forklift or push-cart
- Use RF Scan Gun Technology to perform daily tasks
- Following all warehouse procedures for pickups and product handling
- Pitching in with other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years of employment history
- A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
- Read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement and document reports and records as required by the Federal Code of Regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day
- Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and reach in high/low spaces
- Experience handling large, bulky, or oddly shaped items
- Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam
