About the Role
FMF&E is seeking dynamic Audit professionals to join our Audit team at either an In-Charge or Supervisor level, offering a fun, flexible, and collaborative work environment that supports personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline service provider for all aspects of assurance activities, including planning, fieldwork, review, and completion, while working closely with key client contacts.
- Collaborate with engagement managers and partners on all aspects of assigned engagements.
- Assist in establishing work programs for assigned engagements, evaluate them, and ensure team completion of applicable work papers.
- Prepare and/or review client deliverables, such as financial statements and management letters.
- Perform an initial review of team member work papers to ensure work was completed appropriately with conclusions documented according to standards.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to team members.
- Provide performance feedback for assigned team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- CPA license is a plus.
- Passion for client service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Conscientious, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
