About the Role

You will work collaboratively with Product Managers, UX, research, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service teams. You will help evaluate design intents, support development teams with the right tools, and solicit feedback from potential users. The team focuses on innovating new products and features that deliver value to millions of homeowners across North America. This role is for a Product Manager Co-op for the Fall 2026 work term.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and execution of various products, including ongoing user research.
Work with hardware and/or software teams to help deliver world-class products.
Interact with customers to understand their needs and pain points to help design world-class products.
Create prototypes of varying degrees of fidelity to test and refine product iterations.
Advocate for phenomenal user experience, frictionless design, and simple hardware approaches to complex problems.

Requirements

Pursuing an education in Engineering or Industrial Design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
A deep interest in smart home technologies.
The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check.
