About the Role
As our HVAC Director, you'll lead service, sales, and installation operations while building future leaders, driving operational excellence, and ensuring world-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC service, sales, and installation operations
- Maintain a high level of employee engagement and positive company culture
- Develop managers and create a strong leadership pipeline
- Drive department growth through strategy, coaching, and accountability
- Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction meet the Radiant standard
- Review Daily Pace Reports to identify priorities, challenges, and resource needs
- Partner with recruiting to attract and retain top talent
- Maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency
- Maintain proper pricing and department profitability
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure departments meet or exceed financial benchmarks and budgets
- Partner closely with the General Manager to achieve company goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of HVAC leadership or General Manager experience
- Proven experience managing budgets, headcount, revenue, and departmental performance
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ServiceTitan and Nexstar preferred
- EPA Certification required
- TDLR license is a plus
