About the Role
CAA is seeking a Product Manager to join its IT organization and contribute to the company's expansion in the sport and entertainment industry. The Product Management team focuses on implementing technology products to enhance customer productivity and effectiveness, aiming to deliver intuitive products that reflect CAA's culture. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, adaptable, enjoys problem-solving, and can collaborate effectively across diverse groups, with a desire to grow expertise across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of products, business domains, and workflows.
- Manage products from vision to launch and ongoing support, delivering features iteratively.
- Collaborate with other product managers for alignment across products and product lines.
- Participate in the cross-functional SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) as Feature Owner and agile team Product Owner.
- Contribute to planning intervals and support alignment across product teams within the ART.
- Engage in ART ceremonies, including PO Sync and PI Planning.
- Support knowledge sharing and peer collaboration within the product team.
- Contribute to broader business and IT initiatives supporting CAA's growth.
- Create product roadmaps and collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams for product delivery.
- Orchestrate engineering work throughout the development cycle to deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI Design team to create simple and intuitive product experiences.
- Ensure corporate stakeholders' compliance, data privacy, financial, and HR requirements are represented in product development.
- Understand and empathize with customer needs using user research and feedback mechanisms.
- Be data-driven to identify opportunities with the most business impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, managing products through all stages of the digital product lifecycle.
- 2+ years of experience working with products using Scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe) and operating in Scrum-based Agile teams.
- Experience in the music industry is preferred.
- Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and Github.
- Proficient with Chrome developer tools or similar for testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling sensitive company information and protecting systems and data through security awareness.
