About the Role
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to lead financial planning, evaluate new opportunities (including pricing and use-case expansion), and inform investment decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who can pair strong financial judgment with fast execution in ambiguous environments—and leverage AI tools to improve planning, insights, and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating decisions.
- Evaluate new products, use cases, pricing, and packaging opportunities using financial and strategic frameworks.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
- Use AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support.
Requirements
- 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases.
- Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.
- Strong business judgment and executive communication; able to turn ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
- High ownership, bias for action and either experience in, or a desire to, become “AI Native” to improve decision-making.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
