Responsibilities
- Ensure wait staff adheres to uniform standards.
- Maintain the daily menu board.
- Confirm dining room personnel provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure tables are promptly and properly bussed and reset.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
