About the Role
As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling signature dishes across specific stations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble dishes quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient food preparation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
- Adhere to established health and safety procedures
- Prevent prep shortages to ensure smooth service
- Memorize menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicate openly with management regarding workflow and equipment concerns
Requirements
- Open and flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable handling knives and cleaning solutions
