About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-centric Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery excellence, and aligning business value with client priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
  • Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time.
  • Analyze and document requirements by liaising with users in the organization.
  • Leverage expertise to support go-live dates.
  • Support the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed-upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget.
  • Work directly with project teams to hit integration goals between Dynamics modules and automate data processing.
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Recommend operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results.
  • Communicate with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.
  • Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure results in a data-driven manner.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, including 5+ years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($1M+).
  • Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains.
  • Exceptional client-facing and executive communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs.
  • Program Management with multiple lane/department delivery.
  • Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of change and problem management, and the ability to anticipate risks.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams, and project leaders.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects.
