About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of the shop, driving sales, customer experience, and team development while embodying the company culture and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Lead regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and inspired.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain pristine store standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and district/regional management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer.
- Proven track record of success in retail management.
- Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

- $100,000 - $120,000 per year (includes $60,000 - $85,000 base salary plus annual bonus)
