About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of the shop, driving sales, customer experience, and team development while embodying the company culture and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer.
  • Proven track record of success in retail management.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
