About the Role

Jerry.ai is seeking Data Science team members to join our central analytics team and embed within core business units including growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, and strategic partnerships. You will own the analytical function end-to-end, defining problems, surfacing insights, and driving decision-making to help scale the business from 5M to 50M customers.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and identify the questions that inform key decisions.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
• Surface data insights that move key business metrics.
• Drive outcomes by providing actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
• First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
