About the Role

Jerry.ai is seeking Data Science & Analytics team members to act as force multipliers across growth, product, AI, and strategic partnerships. You will be embedded within a business unit to define problems, derive insights, and drive end-to-end execution to help scale the company from 5M to 50M customers.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and identify the right questions to answer.
• Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
• Design experiments and surface data insights to move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes by providing actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
• First principles thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
