About the Role
As our Product Manager for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), you will transform how global enterprises orchestrate live, virtual, and blended learning experiences at scale. You will solve high-stakes operational complexities, impacting how millions of learners engage with live training and positioning Docebo as the undisputed leader in modern workplace education.
Responsibilities
- Own, groom, and prioritize the ILT squad backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategic roadmap.
- Transform complex training delivery friction points into clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering leads to scope work, sequence rollouts, and balance new features, enhancements, and technical debt.
- Define, monitor, and analyze core product metrics, collaborating with other teams to understand user interaction.
- Monitor error rates, booking conflicts, and scheduling stability, working with Engineering to resolve issues.
- Serve as the first-line product champion for internal Support and success teams, triaging queries and developing solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness, produce documentation, and implement phased deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of managing backlogs and shipping high-quality digital products.
- Deep structural knowledge of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, complex resource coordination, and scheduling workflows.
- Strong understanding of web-based SaaS architecture (APIs, rules engines, data configuration).
- Analytical mindset comfortable navigating product analytics platforms and operational metrics.
- Ability to break down technical edge cases and business rules into digestible narratives.
- Experience in cross-functional Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Intense customer empathy for administrators and learners.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a macro view of platform changes.
