About the Role
You will lead the strategy and execution for the SMSF product category, working closely with leadership to define the future of the Super business. This role involves balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution, fostering team capability, and driving high-quality product decisions within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a domain strategy that aligns long-term Super ambitions with daily execution
- Ensure teams operate with focus, clarity, and confidence by making trade-offs explicit
- Deliver product investments that drive commercial outcomes and customer value
- Improve cross-functional planning to reduce friction and competing priorities
- Coach and develop Product Managers to increase their leadership impact
- Partner with senior leadership to contribute to overall company strategic direction
