About the Role

The NYFF Patron Concierge Ticketing Coordinator will assist with the ticketing needs of the Development department during the 64th New York Film Festival. This role involves fulfilling ticketing needs for top donors and festival pass buyers, including on-site support at Alice Tully Hall.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pre-sale order materials, including customized order forms and supplemental documents, ensuring daily updates.
  • Prepare ticket booking training materials as needed.
  • Coordinate the receipt of patron information prior to the pre-sale.
  • Book ticket orders using the Tessitura system during the NYFF VIP pre-sale and throughout the festival, in partnership with the Alice Tully Hall box office, and input reserved seats.
  • Coordinate special and accessibility seat requests.
  • Staff the VIP Ticket Pickup desk at Alice Tully Hall during the festival to assist with on-site ticketing.
  • Provide customer service for the Development department via phone, email, and in-person to support VIP pass/patron inquiries and ticketing needs.
  • Assist the Development and Events teams at press screenings, events, and the VIP Hauser lounge.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain focus and calm under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Skills

  • Ticket booking experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tessitura is a plus.
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $25/hour, with overtime after 40 hours of work in a week
