- Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Manage work orders, inventory pulling, and returns to minimize investment.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Successful completion of background checks and screenings required.
