About the Role

The Warranty Coordinator supports the High-Rise Division by managing day-to-day post-occupancy warranty operations to ensure the delivery and maintenance of high-quality rental products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist in the creation of checkout templates for occupancy preparation.
  • Monitor and coordinate with trades and the Director of Warranty to ensure timely completion of deficiencies.
  • Conduct occupancy and closing walks to document units with time-stamped photographs.
  • Ensure unit doors and keys are operational prior to release.
  • Achieve 100% unit completion for occupancy and minimize post-turnover submissions.
  • Maintain and update the deficiency database for all closing items.
  • Distribute trade lists to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with contractors and communicate updates to the site team.
  • Ensure ready units are marked and secured.
  • Coordinate occupancy date changes and last-minute accommodations.
  • Attend unit reviews with team members and trade partners to assist with complex repairs.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Tarion CPG and general construction practices.
  • WHMIS training.
  • Working at Heights training.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in high-volume high-rise construction.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • $58,000 - $70,000 annually (prorated for the 6-month term)
