About the Role
Aechelon Technology is seeking Senior Product Managers to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced flight simulation solutions. This role is crucial in defining and executing product initiatives for high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring offerings meet rigorous military standards and evolving customer needs, ultimately contributing to making pilots safer.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle of Aechelon’s simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery.
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements to shape future capabilities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering, QA, and content teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans.
- Guide development of work plans by prioritizing backlogs to deliver features on schedule.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- United States citizenship is required due to restrictions on access to certain data.
