About the Role
Fi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a small, high-leverage PM team reporting to the VP of Product. This role is central to Fi's growth, working across various departments to activate new sales channels, deepen customer loyalty, and enhance the core Fi experience. You will own initiatives from strategy to launch, directly influencing how millions of dog parents engage with Fi.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for owned experiences, influencing key decisions and carrying initiatives from concept to launch on a weekly shipping cadence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, hardware, data, support, and marketing to align teams and translate strategy into shipped product.
- Utilize analytics to identify opportunities, diagnose friction points, and measure impact. Establish key metrics and run experiments to improve them.
- Own the customer journey from onboarding to long-term retention, identifying and resolving experience breakdowns.
- Lead launches to improve satisfaction, growth, and subscription retention while elevating product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products and improving engagement or retention.
- Ability to balance long-range planning with hands-on execution.
- Comfort with data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Deep experience with mobile products on iOS and Android, including API constraints and common design patterns.
- Proficiency in an AI-native workflow, utilizing modern AI tooling.
- Strong customer understanding and ability to extract buildable insights.
- Preference for candidates who are "dog people".
