Responsibilities
- Support colleagues in interactions with residents, relatives, and service providers.
- Assist with appointment coordination.
- Help create presentations.
- Work with essential PC programs, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Engage in independent work and demonstrate organizational skills in small projects.
- Learn about customer service, quality management, material management, personnel, and marketing.
- Gain exposure to all key workflows in a modern healthcare company.
Requirements
- Good secondary school leaving certificate, ideally with an economic focus, or a high school diploma/technical college certificate.
- Interest in commercial processes within the healthcare sector.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Service and customer-oriented thinking and acting.
- Proficiency in using a PC.
