About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in interactions with residents, relatives, and service providers.
• Assist with appointment coordination.
• Help create presentations.
• Work with essential PC programs, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Engage in independent work and demonstrate organizational skills in small projects.
• Learn about customer service, quality management, material management, personnel, and marketing.
• Gain exposure to all key workflows in a modern healthcare company.

Requirements

• Good secondary school leaving certificate, ideally with an economic focus, or a high school diploma/technical college certificate.
• Interest in commercial processes within the healthcare sector.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Service and customer-oriented thinking and acting.
• Proficiency in using a PC.
