About the Role
The Gemeindepsychiatrische Verbund (GPVA) of Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue / Dipl. Pedagogue / Psychologist (m/f/d) for its residential facility in Berlin – Charlottenburg. This role involves supporting individuals with mental health challenges in managing daily life, creating structure, and coordinating services.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote daily living skills and finding/maintaining a daily structure.
- Appropriate management of illness, crises, and relapses.
- Creation of support plans and documentation according to the BTHG (Federal Participation Act).
- Fostering individual resources within a communal living environment.
- Coordination of all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience or enthusiasm for professionally engaging with individuals with mental illnesses.
- Curiosity about clients' life stories.
- Acceptance of and professional handling of risks to self and others.
- Service design based on the needs of the supported individuals, in coordination with the team (daytime shift work, weekend and public holiday work, considering individual wishes through a proposal plan).

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €4,345.08 monthly gross for full-time employment (EG9), plus time bonuses.
