About the Role
Broadridge is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join their team. This role involves requirements gathering, implementing the SentryPM solution, configuring modules, and conducting client training. It is ideal for individuals with a background in investment management and/or loan processing, and a strong understanding of back-office terminology and operational requirements for private credit funds, loans, and bank debt.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of SentryPM solutions, including Order Management, Portfolio Management, Direct Lending, Data Warehouse, and Reporting, on behalf of clients.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, defining scope, building and executing project plans, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct and manage client on-site meetings, workflow sessions, and technical training.
- Document client-specific customizations and assist with training internal Support teams on client-specific workflows.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting expected budgets and deadlines.
- Provide clients with consulting advice based on technological considerations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams on client projects and company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of software implementation experience, including data migrations and integrations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience in loan processing, portfolio management, loan agenting, or multi-asset class trading environments is highly desirable.
- Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and SQL, including writing queries to pull and analyze data, is a plus.
- Experience incorporating AI-driven tools or solutions to improve onboarding processes and drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working under pressure and meeting competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing team environment.
