About the Role

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and working effectively with team members. The role focuses on in-house training, facial consultation events, maintaining a merchandised counter, and closing retail sales. The Beauty Advisor will drive their own business using Neiman Marcus's clienteling system.

Showcase product differently based on client location (remote or in-person).
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell.
Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

Requirements

Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
A flexible work schedule.
