About the Role
The Marketing Program Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing programs to drive growth in the Buildings End Market. This role translates strategic priorities into customer-centric initiatives that build awareness, engagement, and demand, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns across the buyer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned to Buildings End Market priorities.
- Translate segment strategies into coordinated campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, customer events, digital experiences, and sales enablement activities.
- Ensure all activities reinforce segment messaging, differentiation, and business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign launches and activation plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering compelling customer experiences throughout the buying journey.
- Develop marketing programs that address the needs of key audiences, including building owners, executives, facility leaders, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase market engagement through industry events, executive programs, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Leverage customer and market insights to inform program and optimize performance.
- Track program performance against established marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results to identify insights, recommend improvements, and inform future marketing investments.
- Communicate program outcomes and business impact to key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with marketing leaders, sales teams, product marketers, global peers, and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple initiatives while balancing competing priorities.
- Champion a collaborative, customer-focused approach to marketing execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success executing integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content marketing, events, communications, and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and the B2B buyer journey.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into action.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Experience in commercial buildings, energy management, data centers, industrial technology, or other complex B2B industries is preferred.
- Currently local to Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Boston, MA and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
