About the Role
As an Executive Producer, you are a senior production leader responsible for the delivery, financial health, and team leadership of complex B2B experiential programs, particularly within the tech sector. You will act as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to production teams, ensuring executional excellence while maintaining agency standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of multiple complex B2B experiential programs from pre-production through reconciliation.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of active projects to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Ensure programs are appropriately staffed and resourced.
- Support execution, decision-making, and issue resolution during critical moments.
- Serve as a senior production partner to clients regarding scope, timelines, budgets, and decision-making.
- Participate in the development of integrated solutions and incremental proposals.
- Ensure project changes are communicated, approved, and documented.
- Lead and support production teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
- Coach and mentor producers and coordinators on best practices.
- Partner with Resource Management to ensure sustainable workloads.
- Partner with Creative and Account leadership to ensure production feasibility.
- Protect the integrity of the creative vision while balancing budget and timeline constraints.
- Own the fiscal health of programs, including forecasting, budget tracking, and reconciliation.
- Oversee third-party costs, vendor agreements, and freelance engagements.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experiential marketing or client services experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex B2B experiential programs in the tech industry.
- Proven experience owning budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence operating with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
