About the Role
Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager IT Strategy and Roadmap to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), a critical infrastructure initiative. This role involves reviewing construction work plans and reporting on compliance and environmental permitting. You will contribute to a transformative project strengthening mobility, enhancing resiliency, and ensuring the long-term reliability of the Northeast Corridor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously update the multi-year IT roadmap across applications, infrastructure, data, and security.
- Ensure initiatives align with enterprise architecture standards and target-state designs.
- Maintain enterprise network diagrams covering on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Track delivery of strategic initiatives and maintain dashboards of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Inventory prior tactical decisions and assess alignment with target architecture and security standards.
- Manage roadmap-aligned projects including scope, schedule, and risks and maintain project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, status reports).
- Facilitate workshops and provide executive communications and updates.
- Support governance processes and improve roadmap and reporting practices.
- Coordinate and administer the IT Steering Committee (or equivalent governance forum) to support decision-making on IT strategy, roadmap priorities, and major technology investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant IT project or strategy experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud (Azure preferred), networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
