As a Short-Form Writer, you will transform complex topics into short, compelling stories for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. The focus is on strong hooks and well-thought-out concepts that captivate viewers from beginning to end. The role is initially limited to a few days per month.
Responsibilities
- Write content-strong and entertaining scripts for vertical channels based on briefings or existing long-form content.
- Conduct in-depth topic research independently and efficiently.
- Develop immediately engaging hooks and structure texts to retain viewer attention.
- Transform complex topics from a broad spectrum into easily understandable stories without losing depth.

Requirements
- Native-level German language skills.
- Demonstrable experience in writing short-form content.

- The ability to simplify complex topics without becoming inaccurate or superficial.
- Interest in a broad range of topics: history, geopolitics, science, technology, society.
