About the Role

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to support its expansion in the United States. This role is responsible for store KPIs and team management, with a preference for candidates interested in designer toys. The position reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Brand Associates, setting expectations, goals, and developing talent.
  • Take ownership of the total store, ensuring adherence to Brand standards, Operations, and People management.
  • Set high store standards that reflect company brand image, values, and culture, focusing on positive customer and employee experiences.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives, including installing marketing decals, props, and setting up planograms and fixtures.
  • Support company marketing events such as in-store events, Pop-up events, conventions, and new store openings.
  • Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in-store RoboShop employees and business partners.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required to support business operation meetings with the international team.

Requirements

  • Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • 1+ years of Retail Store Manager experience with high SKU volume.
  • Experience executing retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
  • Experience managing 10 or more retail employees in store.
  • Experienced working with international business partners.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
