About the Role
Customer Success Managers at HackerOne act as trusted advisors, guiding customers in building, maturing, and scaling their security programs. This role involves managing a portfolio of customers in the MEA region, ensuring they achieve significant business and security outcomes through the HackerOne platform from onboarding to renewal. You will drive adoption, deliver value, and strengthen relationships, directly impacting customer retention and HackerOne's mission to create a safer internet.
Responsibilities
- Apply First Principles Problem Solving to understand customer objectives and develop practical solutions.
- Use Data-Driven Decision Making to analyze program performance and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrate AI First thinking by leveraging AI-powered tools and sharing best practices.
- Practice Change Agility by adapting to evolving customer requirements and priorities.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Support customer escalations and facilitate issue resolution.
- Deliver executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and customer training.
- Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and identifying product improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the refinement of HackerOne's Customer Success methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Security Services, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including vulnerability management, security operations, cloud technologies, and security program management.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel to customers and events on a quarterly basis.
