About the Role

Docebo is seeking an experienced Content Consultant to advise prospects and customers on learning content strategy, partnering with presales and CX teams. The role involves co-conducting discovery calls, planning content strategies, discussing best practices, and demonstrating Docebo's Content offering, becoming the company's expert on eLearning content.

Responsibilities

  • Co-conduct discovery calls to understand client maturity, content needs, and organizational goals.
  • Plan client content strategies and discuss best practices.
  • Demonstrate Docebo's Content offering.
  • Act as Docebo’s resident expert on eLearning content and the surrounding industry.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to assist prospects and customers achieve their learning goals.
  • Identify the nature of off-the-shelf content potential clients are looking for and provide expert advice.
  • Demonstrate Docebo’s Content Marketplace and showcase its capabilities.
  • Develop customized proposals with content recommendations to help clients achieve learning and development goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on content strategy and leveraging Docebo's offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in eLearning and content development.
  • Attend eLearning industry conferences, gather intel, and work with the partnerships team to identify vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of Docebo’s overarching content strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting/solution selling, with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their goals.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of eLearning content styles and providers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency using the Google suite of tools.
