About the Role

Join our team as a Change and Adoption Partner, working alongside the Change and Adoption Manager to facilitate and govern the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group. Utilize your change management expertise to develop strategies, communication, and training plans for successful adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans.
  • Manage relationships with various audiences and influence others.
  • Act as the key point of contact for business areas impacted by change.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure understanding of change impacts and support.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of change.
  • Deliver workshops and focus groups.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management in a complex organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
