About the Role
As a Bid Executive at Cushman & Wakefield, you will support the EMEA Bid Team in delivering high-quality bid and pitch documentation to drive business growth. You will contribute to client-focused submissions by coordinating content, ensuring compliance, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the project management of the bid/pitch process, overseeing input from various teams.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to source required information.
- Create high-quality client proposals including bid/pitch submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations, capability documents, and approved list applications.
- Edit/re-write boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements.
- Complete PQQ/EoI/ITTs with standard company information.
- Co-ordinate document design and layout for tender submissions and other documentation.
- Co-ordinate the standard information reference library, ensuring it is continually updated.
- Assist Bid Managers and Senior Managers with their projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Bidding/Pitching desired.
- Understanding of professional service and/or the property industry preferred.
- Ability to co-ordinate the bid/pitch process and effectively produce bids/pitches with multiple parties.
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with internal and possibly external clients regularly.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with exceptional Word and PowerPoint formatting and Excel numeracy with formula understanding.
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on understanding client requirements.
- Capable of managing and working with diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions.
