About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025. We’re looking for a Change and Adoption Partner to work alongside the Change and Adoption Manager, joining a team that is responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise understanding of change management methodologies to work closely with project teams to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans.
  • Manage relationships with various audiences and influence others towards a common vision or goal.
  • Act as the key point of contact for business areas impacted by change.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure they understand the impact on their teams and how to best support them.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of change.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management in a complex organisation.
  • Experience of delivering workshops and focus groups is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on your own initiative.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
