About the Role

We’re looking for a Change and Adoption Partner to work alongside the Change and Adoption Manager, joining a team that is responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group.
Responsibilities
- Utilise understanding of change management methodologies to work closely with project teams to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans.
- Manage relationships with various audiences and influence others towards a common vision or goal.
- Act as the key point of contact for business areas impacted by change.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure they understand the impact on their teams and how to best support them.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups.
- Support the implementation and embedding of change.
Requirements
- Experience in change management in a complex organisation.
- Experience of delivering workshops and focus groups is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on your own initiative.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
