About the Role
You are an experienced motion designer who brings brands, products, and stories to life through movement. You will author and animate ideas, inspiring high standards of craft within the team. Your work will span visual narratives, campaigns, digital products, and brand identities, translating concepts into distinctive motion languages with a keen eye for typography, composition, rhythm, and detail. You are adept at both creative ideation and execution, collaborating closely with designers, writers, and strategists from concept to delivery. Driven by curiosity, cultural and technological inspiration, you are committed to producing exceptional work.

Requirements
- Experience creating and evolving sophisticated motion languages and systems
- Understanding of how motion appears across digital products, campaigns, and brand communication
- High level of craft with a strong understanding of typography, pacing, composition, and narrative
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and creative practices
- Actively explore how new technologies can enhance work
- Ambitious, collaborative, and generous with ideas
- Bring a distinctive point of view
- Desire to push the quality of work and the team forward
- Empathetic, a team player, and an excellent communicator
