About the Role
NIQ is establishing a Center of Revenue Enablement to enhance commercial launch execution, accelerate go-to-market effectiveness, and scale global selling practices. The Director, GTM Enablement will lead the global enablement strategy and operating model for go-to-market (GTM) launches, ensuring successful execution of NIQ’s key product and solution launches. This role connects GTM strategy to field execution, defining standards, governance, and enablement systems for effective product launches. The focus is on enterprise-level launch readiness, execution quality, and adoption, equipping sellers for immediate impact. This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on enablement as a control system for GTM launch execution and performance, not a training role. The position acts as a central orchestrator across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Regional leadership to ensure well-structured, execution-ready, and consistently delivered GTM launches globally.

- Establish enterprise launch readiness standards, governance, and execution frameworks.
- Define launch readiness criteria across messaging, tools, seller capability, and manager enablement.

- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to shape and support end-to-end GTM launch strategy and planning.
- Oversee the development of structured launch enablement plans for priority initiatives.
- Ensure the field is equipped with execution-ready tools that drive customer engagement and revenue impact.
- Drive consistency and quality in global launch enablement across regions.

- Lead global launch governance, readiness reviews, and executive-level checkpoints.
- Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales to reduce fragmentation and improve speed to impact.
- Partner with Lead Generation & Activation to ensure seamless transition from launch readiness into scaled in-market execution.
- Define and monitor KPIs for GTM launch effectiveness, including readiness, adoption, and early performance.
- Identify execution risks, gaps in seller readiness, and inconsistencies in launch quality.
- Lead post-launch reviews to capture insights and improve repeatability of successful launches.
- Continuously evolve the GTM enablement approach based on data, feedback, and business outcomes.
