About the Role

As Director of Growth at Juno, you will take full ownership of member acquisition, driving profitable and repeatable growth. This is a performance-driven, hands-on operator role focused on building and running Juno's growth engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own all paid channels — Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit — strategy, budget, bidding, and daily optimization across Juno’s clinic footprint, including geo and store-level spend for new-market launches
  • Own the performance creative engine — brief, ship, and test ad creative at volume on a structured ad-level testing cadence
  • Own the conversion path — landing pages, booking-flow CRO, and a continuous testing cadence
  • Own acquisition promo and discount strategy — launch offers, waitlists — compliant with CVO/CVBC
  • Own SEO and AI discoverability — organic and answer-engine visibility, local/GBP, structured content that wins citations
  • Own acquisition attribution and reporting — build and maintain the models and dashboards, run the weekly performance review
  • Execute paid retargeting against audiences and triggers defined with Lifecycle
  • Build internal tooling and automation that makes all of the above faster and sharper

Requirements

  • Currently a Senior Manager or Senior Lead in growth or performance marketing, ready to own the function entirely
  • Experience as the best operator in your current role, wanting to build and run the whole engine
  • Daily operator experience in Meta and Google, not behind an agency layer
  • Thinks in incrementality and marginal CAC
  • Treats creative as the number one lever in paid social and runs a high-tempo testing program
  • Has built AI workflows and systems
  • Has a point of view on multi-location and local acquisition
  • Understands acquiring members at the geo and store level
  • Excited by building Juno’s growth engine from the ground up with autonomy
  • Reports directly to our Head of Marketing and works cross-functionally with clinic operations, product, and the broader Juno team
  • 5–8+ years in growth and performance marketing at consumer businesses
  • At least one stint at a consumer scale-up at Juno’s stage
  • Owned a paid budget at real scale — scaled spend while holding or lowering blended CAC
  • Hands-on experience operating paid ad accounts daily
  • Conversion rate and landing-page testing experience with quantified results
  • Comfortable in SQL or a BI tool (Metabase, Looker); builds their own attribution
  • Has built and run a paid-creative testing pipeline with volume and a clear read on what wins, from briefing through to ad-level results
