Responsibilities
- Build and execute a field consultant coverage strategy, in partnership with Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales Account Managers, across large national consulting firms to drive AUM and revenue growth, improve consultant ratings, and expand PIMCO’s DC penetration.
- Influence DC recommendations by translating PIMCO’s DC platform, investment capabilities, and positioning into consultant-ready narratives and plan-level solutions.
- Partner with Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales account teams to align on firmwide strategy and amplify impact with bottom-up field engagement.
- Develop a disciplined pipeline across consultant channels and selective plan sponsor opportunities, tracking progress from early-stage influence through funded wins.
- Provide market and competitor intelligence on DC consulting dynamics, platform trends, and buyer/committee behavior to inform go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Portfolio teams, Marketing, and leadership to deliver coordinated, client-centric DC solutions.
- Represent PIMCO at relevant industry events and in targeted consultant forums to deepen credibility and visibility.
- Travel as needed to support consultant and client engagement.
